Who designs the survey?
We work with you on the questions and we design it together.
Surveys are expensive. Why would I want to do one?
Turnover is also expensive. With one turnover costing you anywhere from 1.5 to 4 times their annual salary to replace one employee, you have to decide what is best for you.
How often do you purge the information?
We never purge it. So not only do we compile it for you, we give you a very easy tool to use to make comparisons at various points in time, or you compare departments, supervisors, or any other demographic you would like us to track.
How long does it take to conduct an interview?
Typically 15 minutes, give or take. It depends on how you designed the questions, and on how much they choose to tell us.
I can do this myself. Why do you have a higher success rate?
People open up more to someone they don’t know. We are a third party, neutral interviewer, taking down data anonymously. We pose no threat to the ex-employee.
Do you call terminated or laid off employees?
It is up to you, but we do not recommend it. The data we get from them may not be reliable.
Why can’t I just have them do this over the Internet.
You can, and we can facilitate that for you, getting the portal set up, and collecting the answers for you.
